GCL System Integration rated as the manufacturer of best-performance module by PVEL for three consecutive years

On June 5th, PVEL, the world's leading independent lab of the downstream solar industry released the 2019 PV module reliability scorecard. GCL System Integration (GCL SI, 002506.SZ) was rated by PVEL as the manufacturer of the best performing modules for three consecutive years.


Wang Guofeng, Director of the PV lab of GCL SI, introduced that PVEL enjoys a very high reputation in the photovoltaic industry. Its reliability scorecard is the result of reliability tests and analysis of the PV modules from manufacturers, representing the most comprehensive and extensive comparison of test data of PV modules on the market. The tests compose of the 3 times IEC thermal cycle, damp heat, ultraviolet radiation, dynamic mechanical load, PID attenuation and hot spot tests.


90% of the top module manufacturers and more than 70% of the first-tier manufacturers (Bloomberg Tier 1 list) choose to send their products to PVEL for testing. PVEL provides independent reliability test data on product quality, commonly used by PV equipment buyers and solar farm investors.
